OVERVIEW:
The sessions tracker allows you to produce detailed reports on everything you, your coaching staff and your players do on a day-to-day basis. In order to do this effectively you must build a tagging structure to log all activity. There are three layers to the logging structure. Think of it as an outline with simple/broad categories at the top and progressively more detailed labels in the second and third layers.
The outline below is a basic example of the structure, (Type > Category > Focus > Tag). You can add as many Category/Focus/Tags as you require. However, a good rule of thumb is to try to limit the number of categories at the top layer in order to generate more actionable reports.
These reports are designed to keep all staff on the same page by quickly identifying what everyone's spending their time on and gauging its effectiveness. This helps staff make faster, more informed decisions on changes to routine and/or process to achieve better results.
NOTE: The Top 3 Session Types(Team, Group, Solo) are hard wired into the system. All content beneath them is fully customizable.
