You can now add content from other team accounts you have access to.
Many Luceo users have multiple team accounts. Some teams manage individual seasons in a single team account. Some users have a personal portfolio as well as a team account. Others may have access to content libraries they wish to add content from.
Using multiple team accounts is a great way to manage season-by-season content or (for larger organizations) manage specific workflows in a dedicated team account. There are all great ways to avoid overloading a single account with too much content, which makes it more difficult for your members to find what they are looking for.
You can now easily move content between there accounts by doing the following:
NAMING YOUR ACCOUNTS
Whether its by season or by workflow, you want to name your accounts in a way that makes them easy to identify:
- Access your "Team Setup & Settings" using the blue drop-down menu in the upper-left
- Select "Teams" to see all of your current team accounts
- Click on the "Team Name" to change the name of the team account
ACCESSING YOUR CONTENT
The first thing you want to do is go to the team account that the content is in. You can switch between team accounts using the drop-down menu in the upper-right. Make sure to hit the "refresh" button to the left of your team account name so any changes you made in "setup & settings" update.
MOVING YOUR CONTENT
You can move your content between accounts by selecting "clone" at any level (Book, Group, Chapter, & Concept) and using the drop-down menus in the pop-up to select the "Team" you want to move it to.
CLONING BOOKS
- Hit the gear icon in the upper-right of the Book you want to clone
- Hit the "clone" button at the bottom of the pop-up
- Select the "Team" account you want to copy it to
USE CASE: If you were copying over every single opponent's playbook from the previous season.
CLONING GROUPS
Cloning groups inside a Book allows you to copy all the Chapters in a group all at once. It works similarly to cloning Books, but you have the option of assigning it to the new team and an existing Book in that team OR creating a new Book for it in that team.
USE CASE: If you were copying over a single opponent's playbook from the previous season.
CLONING CHAPTERS
This works very similarly to cloning Groups, but you now must either select an existing Book AND Group in the new team to send it to OR you can create a new one in the pop-up menu
USE CASE: You only need the Out of Bounds plays from the opponent's playbook
CLONING CONCEPTS
To clone a single concept over you need to first highlight the concept you want and then press the black "clone" button in the upper-right (next to orange plus button). Now you can assign or create a new location for that concept from the Team > Book > Group > Chapter drop down menus.
USE CASE: There are only a couple of plays you need to copy over from the opponent's Out of Bounds plays.
