Quickly customize your account with your team logo and background images.
Here are the first steps to setting up your account. They will show you how to access important functions that you will use throughout your time using Luceo and the Assist Mobile app.
STEP ONE: FIRST TIME ON LOGGING IN
The first time you log in you will be brought to the screen below. Open the menu in the upper right to add your headshot to your personal account. Next, hit the "LUCEO.APP" button to go into your account.
STEP TWO: VERIFY THE ACCOUNT YOU'RE IN
Many users have multiple Luceo accounts. To make sure you are in the correct account check the name of the account in the upper-right of your screen. If it is incorrect, select the correct account name from the drop down menu. If you don't see it, hit the "refresh" icon to the left of the account name. After you do that you are going to open up the blue menu on the other side of the screen & open "Team setup & settings".
STEP THREE: ADD YOUR TEAM BRANDING
When you've selected the "Team Setup & Settings" button from the blue menu above, you will see the screen below. Do the following:
- Click on TEAMS tab at the top-left of the screen
- Click on the icon in the LOGO column to the left of the CORRECT Team Name
- Upload your images into the proper fields in the pop-up menu
Use PPT, Canva or another image editor to adjust the dimensions of your images.
TABLET IMAGE DIMENSIONS: Width = 10in | Height = 5.63in
MOBILE IMAGE DIMENSIONS: Width = 10in | Height = 15in
STEP FOUR: ADD YOUR TEAM COLORS
Now go to the "Color Settings" column and choose "Setup":
In the pop-up menu hit the down arrows to the right of each of the three color options (primary, Secondary, Tertiary) to show the HEX CODES for each.
Find the hex codes for your brand and hit "return" after entering each into the desired field.
- Primary: Will be the main color in the Assist Mobile app
- Secondary: This will fill in the background color
- Tertiary: This is the color of Group headings
NOTE: Don't make the Secondary or Tertiary color white or you will not be able to read chapter headings or pop-up menu options. If your brand has white us a lighter gray in its place.
